Machine Operator – Vinyl Pressing (Zottegem)

We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join our growing production team. You'll work on our pressing lines — both manual and automatic — producing high-quality vinyl records, including custom colored pressings, for labels and artists across Europe and beyond.

What you'll do:

  • Operate and monitor vinyl pressing machines throughout the production process

  • Set up and adjust machines for different record formats (7", 10", 12") and color configurations

  • Perform quality checks on pressed records and identify/correct defects

  • Carry out routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on pressing equipment

  • Handle materials (vinyl pucks, labels, colored compound mixes) accurately and efficiently

  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

  • Collaborate with the rest of the production team to meet daily output targets

What we're looking for:

  • Technical aptitude and an interest in mechanical/manufacturing processes

  • Precision and attention to detail — quality matters on every record

  • Reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working independently once trained

  • Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus, but not required — we provide training

  • Affinity with music/vinyl culture is a bonus, not a requirement

  • English language skills (our team is international — Dutch is not required)
